[NOTE: Simply linking to any part of this website, unless I've specifically informed you otherwise, is permitted and welcome, without permission required.]

This site primarily links to other online resources, but also hosts content produced by Mike Ewall as well as hosting the works of others.

The following applies to any materials developed by Mike Ewall, and to any index pages on the site:

You are free to share, copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, except that you may not place the majority of any of our articles or other documents on a search engine accessible portion of the World Wide Web without explicit permission. Please link to materials rather than place copies of them online where we cannot update them.

Sharing of materials must be done according to the following license terms:

Attribution — You must give credit, which includes, at a minimum, naming Mike Ewall or the associated organization, and must include a link to the original on our website. If you receive permission to modify materials in any way, you must indicate what changes were made. Appropriate credit may be given in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests that endorsement of you or your use. If using just certain slides from a Powerpoint presentation (which may only be done with permission), each slide must include attribution. In any other cases where it may be ambiguous which information originated from the use of our materials, the attribution must make that clear.

Non-Commercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes unless you establish an explicit use agreement.

No Derivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material without explicit permission.

No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

License — These intellectual property rules are based on the Creative Commons "Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)" license, and except where terms may conflict with the license terms stated above, use of our intellectual property may be done in conformance with the that license, which is summarized here.
